8.What is Class D stock?
 Class D stock was issued as a 10% stock dividend to holders of Class B stock on December 20, 1985 to Shareholders of record on November 27, 1985.
9.Can I sell Class D stock?
 No, class D stock cannot be traded or transferred. However, Class D stock is convertible on a share-for –share basis to class B stock which can be sold.
10.How do I convert my Class D stock to Class B?
 Sign the back of the certificate (Stock Power) and send the certificate along with a letter requesting the conversion to Computershare.
11.Questions regarding Class A & Class C shares.

12.Do all classes of stock receive a dividend?
 Yes, all classes receive the dividend.
